What we provide:

• A tool that finds recurring subscriptions in your bank CSV files
• A dashboard to track and manage these subscriptions
• Team collaboration features (up to 100 accounts for Professional plan)
• Reports showing your software waste
• Our best effort to help you save money on unused software

The costs:

• Professional Plan: $99/month for companies with 1-500 employees
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing for companies with 500+ employees
• Billed monthly to your credit card via Stripe
• 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not happy
• No contracts - cancel anytime, no questions asked

Your responsibilities:

• Pay your monthly subscription on time
• Only upload data you have the right to use
• Don't use the service for anything illegal
• Don't try to hack, reverse-engineer, or break the service
• Don't share your account with companies that haven't paid
• Be reasonable and respectful if you need help

Cancellation:

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. No phone calls, no retention team, no hassle. Your subscription ends at the end of your current billing period. We don't do prorated refunds (except for the 30-day guarantee).

The legal stuff we have to say:

• The service is provided "as is" - we'll do our best but can't guarantee perfection
• We're not responsible for decisions you make based on our data
• Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid us in the last month
• We're not liable for lost profits, data, or other consequential damages
• You indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service

Changes to the service:

We might add features, change features, or remove features. We'll try to give you notice if it's something big. Price changes get 30 days notice.

Disputes:

If we have a disagreement, let's try to work it out like adults via email first. If that doesn't work, we'll use binding arbitration (it's cheaper than lawyers for both of us). These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State].

Your data:
